    Angular Contact ball bearings
Angular contact ball bearings are able or have the capability of taking or managing both radial and axial loads in one direction, and have four contact angles of 15°, 25°, 30° and 40°, those with larger contact have also higher axial load capacity. Featuring two types, Single row angular contact ball bearings, and double row angular contact bearings where two single row angular contact bearings are mounted back- to- back, though they have one inner ring and one outer ring. Further to that Double row angular contact ball bearings have the capability to take axial load in either direction. Angular contact ball bearings commonly come with pressed steel cages, especially when not of high precision, however on high precision bearings with less than 30°, polyamide resin cages are often used. Applications for angular contact ball bearings, are pumps, gear boxes, electric motors, material handling, machine tools, steel mills etc, and they generally perform effectively in demanding applications with high-speed capacity featuring low maintenance as well
