Pressed steel pillow block bearing units are are light weight and made of pressed steel and zinc-coated for corrosion protection. They are designed for simple applications with limited loads and speeds and do not have any relubrication feature. Two bolt holes for mounting. Housing are designed to support loads primarily directed through the base. Units are prelubricated and designed to slip fit on to the shaft. Setscrew type fixed to the shaft by means of the setscrews prepared in the wide inner ring. Dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion.
