Roller followers are bearings designed for outer ring rotation, in which needle rollers are incorporated in a thick walled outer ring. The outer rings runs directly on mating cam guide surfaces, and the crowned outer ring is effective in relieving the edge load caused by mounting errors. These bearings are full complement type bearings incorporating double rows of full complement cylindrical rollers in the outer ring, and can withstand large radial loads.
